Led by one of our Mini Bees, these sessions provide personalized guidance on everything from choosing the right curriculum and meeting Florida’s homeschool requirements to building a long-term plan for high school, and more.
We’ll work together to craft a custom plan that aligns with your educational goals, your child’s learning style, and your family’s values.

Remote Zoom Consultation: $100

In-Person Consultation – $100
Duration: 45 minutes
Location: The Homeschool Hive & various libraries

How It Works
1. Schedule Your Consultation
Start by choosing the format that works best for your family—either in-person at The Homeschool Hive or various libraries, or online via Zoom. You’ll be able to select a time that fits your schedule and book directly through our system.
2. Complete Your Payment
You’ll receive a confirmation and payment link upon booking. If you're using scholarship funds, we’ll send you instructions for reserving those funds.
3. Prepare for Your Session
Come as you are—but feel free to jot down questions, concerns, or specific areas you'd like to cover. Whether it’s your first year homeschooling or you're navigating high school transcripts, we're here to help.
During your consultation, we’ll take time to understand your family’s unique situation and goals. Together, we’ll create a practical plan that’s tailored to your child’s needs and your teaching style—so you can leave the session feeling clear, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Before Your Appointment...
Here are a few tips to make your evaluation smooth and stress-free:
Zoom Appointments
Your meeting link will be emailed 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. (Psst… don’t forget to check your spam folder!)
In-Person Consultations
Your consult will take place at The Homeschool Hive or at various public libraries (visit our booking page to view library locations)
Invoicing & Payment
You’ll receive a Square invoice before your session. Using scholarship funds? We’ll send instructions to reserve funds instead of paying out of pocket.

Booking Details & Policies
Please book each child individually so everyone gets the time and attention they need.
A credit card is required to hold your spot, but don’t worry—we won’t charge it unless your scholarship funds aren’t reserved. We’ll send instructions once you book!
Cancellation policy:
⏰ Cancellations made under 48 hours: $25 fee
🚫 No-shows: Charged in full
